Can I just say that I freaking love Luke Schenn so much.
He takes full responsibility for the first goal that was let in, and when asked about if the team should have been able to get back up from the bad start, he pits the blame on himself again about how he drove the team to a bad start by making a mistake.
Yeah he hasn’t been playing his best this season, especially after the season...

Being upset when your team doesn’t play to the best of its ability does not make you a bad fan. It doesn’t mean you won’t be there the next game to cheer them on again. I’d be more worried if you were okay with your team playing a shitty game.

Ugh. He basically makes a mistake and lets in a goal. I basically hate him for the first 5 minutes of the game. Then he redeems himself for playing more solidly.

This team is lucky.
The biggest trade they made on Trade Deadline day was only trading a defense man. And this defense man was already sent down to the AHL (probably on purpose). He wasn’t having a good season either though. This team could have been changed a lot more than that. The rumours of, and the possibilities of changing both goalies, big name d-men and even trading out a whole line...
